Women experience overwhelm and burnout at much higher rates than men, and whilst burnout rates are on the decrease for men it is on the increase for women!
There is a very good reason for this. Most women hold onto subconscious beliefs and stories based on outdated societal conditioning around ‘a woman’s place’.

I’M Sharné
It’s my mission to help women in business take back control, experience more freedom all whilst living their best life!
After spending over 12 years as a lawyer and business advisor, including having co-founded a nationally recognised Legal Firm, I realised that success on paper wasn’t cutting it for me.
I had the house, I had the car, I had the family and the career, yet something was broken. Despite all of my ‘external achievements’, I was constantly exhausted, overwhelmed and reactive.
The vision I had of what my business and life would look like, was nowhere in sight and felt further away than ever.
So, in 2019, I took a leap of faith, mustered together the last bit of passion and spark I had left in me, and dug deep. I hired a Growth Mindset Coach, dove into some deep introspection, and discovered that my subconscious was running the show and holding me back in the biggest of ways in business.
Fast forward to today, and I can barely remember that version of myself. I have grown my business in ways I only ever dreamed about, working with clients that align and doing work I am deeply passionate about. Better yet, I show up on the daily with confidence, clarity and intentionality. The best part, I have more time than ever which means I get to have fun, joy and laughter along the way!
How did I do it?
I stopped being the victim of my own story, and intentionally chose to take the wheel of my own life. By working through my own subconscious stories and limiting beliefs that were holding me back and keeping me stuck in patterns that didn’t serve me or my business, I was able to take control and create the business, life and freedom I deserved.
