Meet the Founder,
Sharné Lategan

For over a decade, Sharné Lategan was a high-performing corporate lawyer and co-founder of a multi-award-winning, million-dollar legal firm.

On the outside, she had every marker of success. She had the house, the car, the award-winning business and the money to match.

On the inside it was a different story. She was burnt out, disconnected and had lost all her spark.

That breakdown became her breakthrough.

Through strategy, high-level mentorship, and deep personal work, Sharné discovered tools, practices and strategies she never knew existed. The kind that shift success at the identity level. She learned how to rewire her mindset, regulate her nervous system, and align her business with her values, energy, and end-vision.

This changed everything. Today, Sharné runs a business that reflects her truest definition of success, one where freedom is non-negotiable, time with her children is sacred, and life is fully lived. A business that supports, not consumes, the woman behind it.
