Breathe and Expand is a monthly three-hour breathwork and energy clearing event for high-performing women in Perth ready to release old patterns, rise into their Highest-Self identity and create the business and life they truly desire.

Each of us has a current-self identity, the version of us that has carried us to where we are today. She holds certain mindset patterns, ways of thinking, and behaviours that either move us forward or quietly hold us back.

During a three hour Breathe and Expand event, I guide you through a full recalibration into your Highest-Self identity using my Grow and Expand Signature Methodology©.

Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools for transformation because it works where willpower and strategy alone cannot reach. Consciously connected breathwork is a simple yet profound circular breathing technique that quiets the overactive thinking mind and opens direct access to the subconscious and nervous system.

Science shows us that the breath activates the parasympathetic nervous system, signalling safety to the body and calming patterns of stress and anxiety. Why Reiki Energy Clearing Works

Reiki energy clearing takes this process even deeper. At its core, Reiki works with the truth that everything is energy. Quantum physics reminds us that energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed. This means the patterns, emotions, and “stuckness” we carry are not permanent and they can be transmuted.

Meet Your Host

For over a decade, Sharné Lategan was a high-performing corporate lawyer and co-founder of a multi-award-winning, million-dollar legal firm.

On the outside, she had every marker of success. On the inside, she was burnt out, disconnected, and running on outdated patterns of over-responsibility, pressure, and people-pleasing.

Her rock bottom became her turning point. She rebuilt from the inside out through rewiring her mindset, regulating her nervous system, and aligning with her Highest Self. From there, she created a business and life that is both wildly successful and deeply fulfilling.
