Sharné Lategan is a former corporate lawyer, million-dollar law firm owner, and now a Business Coach for visionary women, founders, and entrepreneurs who are ready to grow and expand into aligned success, beyond burnout.

With more than a decade in law and leadership, working closely with hundreds of small to medium businesses, Sharné witnessed the same patterns repeating themselves. Over-responsibility. Burnout. Misaligned structures. Strategies that delivered financial success but cost women their freedom, energy, and joy.

Drawing on her strategic mind, legal background, and deep identity work, Sharné developed a unique methodology.

Today, Sharné mentors seven and eight figure business owners, blending advanced business strategy with deep identity work to help them scale in a sustainable, freedom-led way. Her work activates women to grow, expand, and lead from the identity of their next level, not the limitations of their current one.

  • The Expansion Lunch is a bi-monthly series, with each event featuring a hand-picked mentor and theme chosen by Sharné centred on the exact strategies, identity work, and mindset shifts that supported her in building a six-figure business on part-time hours while taking four holidays a year.

    To get the most from the experience, we recommend attending each event in the series.

    Together, they offer the depth and level of transformation required to create lasting change. You’ll intuitively know, by the end of the series, which mentor or strategy you’re called to explore further in 2027, if you even need further mentorship at all.

    Please note, spaces are limited and women in the room receive first right of purchase for the next event, so if you miss a lunch, there is no guarantee of availability later.

    Toowoomba is just over an hour from Brisbane, and we encourage Brisbane-based women to make a weekend of it, the region has some stunning boutique hotels, restaurants, and scenic experiences.

    Venues are announced approximately one month in advance for each event. We love exploring new spaces and supporting local, so each location will be hand-selected to reflect the energy and theme of the upcoming mentor and lunch.
